I found Jeff through Yelp and was immediately impressed by his communication skills and how he was able to paint a clear vision of how the catering would work at our 40th birthday party. His menu gave us a great selection of items to work with and everything sounded amazing. The day of the party the food was delivered on time just as promised complete with chafing dishes, thermal boxes for additional trays of food and high quality disposable plates and cutlery rolled in napkins. The food was a huge hit. Our friends from New Orleans said they hadn't had jambalaya that good outside of Louisiana. Everyone loved the BBQ brisket and mac n' cheese and I'm still getting comments about how amazing the food was! We wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff's services again for our next event. He was wonderful to work with!

We hired Jeff as our wedding caterer and he knocked it out of the park. We still have people going out of their way to tell us how good the food was. We went with some classic BBQ dishes (brisket is a must try!), and also Jeff was great working with us to tweak a few recipes to be the way we made them when we lived in Texas. Also worth noting is that his staff was extremely helpful the day of the event, going above and beyond in several instances to help us pull off our wedding day. I highly recommend Jeff for any and all of your catering needs!!
